Appetizers

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
Fresh mushroom caps filled with cream cheese, baby shrimp and   crab, then topped with mozzarella and baked.

Shrimp Pernod
Four Jumbo shrimp sauteed with lemon, butter, and diced red onion. Then flambeed with Pernod.  Served with garlic toast.

cajun Chicken
Skewers of chicken breast charbroiled with a delicious blend of cajun spices. Served with salsa and garlic toast.

French Onion Soup
A delicious French Style broth loaded with onions and spices.   Topped with homemade croutons and baked with Swiss cheese.

Greek Salad
Fresh cut tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions mixed with our own greek dressing and topped with feta cheese and Calamata olives. Served with garlic toast. 


Classic Caesar Salad

Triple A Alberta Angus slowly roasted to perfection and topped with tasty au jus. Freshly roasted nightly for your dining experience.

Chicken Cordon Swiss
A six ounce tender chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese.   Baked in a light batter and served on top of a white wine and mushroom sauce.   Served with fresh vegetables and your choice of potato of the day, wild and white rice or pasta.

Atlantic Salmon
A six ounce salmon fillet steam baked and finished in a red pepper hollandaise sauce.   Served with fresh vegetables and your choice of potato of the day, wild and with rice or pasta.

Six ounces of chicken and four jumbo shrimp simmered in a tasty Creole tomato sauce with sausage, red and green peppers, onions and hot peppers.  Served over a bed or

The Chef's homemade Italian meat sauce atop of perfect spaghetti.  Topped with mozzarella cheese, then baked.        Served with garlic toast.
